How to delete in-app: Users can delete their account in the app by navigating to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete account. The app asks for confirmation, and email/password users are asked to re-enter their password. Once confirmed, the user account and associated data are permanently removed.
What gets deleted:
meals
workouts
measurements
custom foods
exercises
planned exercises
settings
audit logs
local cached app data
Deletion timeframe: immediate deletion
